Kathleen Whitlow Named COO

Kathleen Whitlow has been named Chief Operations Officer for Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners. In her new role, she will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the 10 surgery centers affiliated with Blue Chip, and in developing new ASC businesses.
